man-pages-fr (French-language system documentation)

French translation files for the man pages. This build is a repack
of the man-pages-fr RPM from Rosa Linux 13, which appears to have the
most complete collection of French man pages.

Note that a few of the man pages overwrite existing ones that ship
with Slackware. This is done on purpose, because the new man pages are
completely translated into French, whereas the stock Slackware ones
still have sections in English. This won't hurt anything, but in
order to completely remove this package, you'll have to reinstall
the relevant Slackware packages:

# slackpkg reinstall procps-ng
# slackpkg reinstall shadow
