Encode::IMAPUTF7 (IMAP mailbox name encoding)
Encode::IMAPUTF7 adds the "IMAP-UTF-7" encoding to Perl's Encode
module. It is the modified UTF-7 variant used by the IMAP protocol
for non-ASCII mailbox (folder) names, so those names can be converted
to and from Unicode strings.
