Slides is a terminal presentation tool that displays Markdown files.
It supports syntax highlighting, live updates, slide search, custom
themes, and presenting over SSH. Run "slides presentation.md"; use
arrow keys to navigate, / to search, and q to quit. Documentation and
examples are in /usr/doc/slides-0.9.0/.
Building requires google-go-lang (Go 1.17 or newer). The build uses the
supplied vendor archive without downloading dependencies. Go is not
needed to display presentations. Optional code execution needs the
corresponding interpreter or compiler. Clipboard support uses xclip,
xsel, or wl-clipboard: https://github.com/atotto/clipboard.
Only open trusted presentations. Ctrl+e executes code blocks, and
executable Markdown files can run preprocessing commands on load.
Run as your normal user, not as root.
