Core ctl libraries and helpful utilities for the Academy Color
Encoding System (ACES). These are necessary for most common
transforms to function.

ACES helps ensure consistent color experience (the "look" of an image)
through each phase of motion picture prodution (including initial image
capture, editing, VFX, mastering, public presentation, archiving, and
future remastering).
