OWSLib is a Python package for client programming with Open Geospatial 
Consortium (OGC) web service (hence OWS) interface standards, and their 
related content models.

Version 0.35 is the lastest compatible with Slackware 15.0 because
versions more recent require Python > 3.9.

This requires: python3-dateutil, python3-build, python3-wheel, python3-lxml
