The Open Phone Abstraction Library (OPAL) is a C++ multi-platform,
multi-protocol library for Fax, Video & Voice over IP and other
networks.

Optional dependencies are Speex (recommended, even though Opal
ships with its own version), ffmpeg, and celt.

This requires: ptlib
